legendary florida vehicle insurance - don't let the bastards grind you down.
legendary florida vehicle insurance
when i didn't live in florida, i used to hear about florida's cheap car insurance. it's true.

liability: 10000/20000 (person/total occurance)
property damage: 25,000 (covers my new car completely)
pip: insured
uninsured motorist ins: 10,000/20,000
full emergency road service
full rental reimbursement.

so. $935.80 a year.

i guess that's good thing number 3 about florida.

ok, i totally hate to intrude but i sell insurance in Florida and i'd like to point a few things out. 1) Florida has one of THE highest rates in the country, unless you have great credit usually. and 2) most importantly, property damage does NOT cover your car, it covers the other person's or the fence or mail box, whatever you happen to run into. comp and collision cover your car, and the company goes by blue book usually, unless you're really good at yelling at them.

ok have a nice day, enjoy your stay in florida. /intrusion.

Re: insurance

rebuttal to 1) yeah...but we're all from new jersey, which has the single highest rates in the country BY FAR...so much so, that most insurance companies have to create seperate legal entities to sell insurance in NJ because of the fucked up laws, risks and liabilities.

rebuttal to 2) yeah, i know. but i posted those to show that i don't have just the minimum coverage.

other rebuttal to 2) yeah, the company goes by blue book, but i also have gap insurance to cover whatever the insurance company doesn't. that's an extra ...60 bucks a year, i think.

you're a friend of kat, then...what made you decide to pop on by?

Re: insurance

ok new jersey is the worst ever. if i had know thats where you were before i wouldn't have said anything on that point.

and rebuttal to your rebuttal to 2) no you don't have minimum coverage, which you showed. but the fact remains, property damage has nothing to do with the coverage of YOUR property. just trying to clear up a common misconception... i hear it at work every day. and when people find out that don't have coverage they thought they did, they tend to be unhappy. either way you have the coverage, so at this point i'm beating a dead horse (i'm good at that.)

i stopped by because i am so bored that i am reading my friend's friends pages, and she has the most interesting friends by far.
