Begin civil twilight 6:27 a.m.
Sunrise 6:52 a.m.
Sun transit 12:15 p.m.
Sunset 5:38 p.m.
End civil twilight 6:02 p.m.

Moonset 7:49 p.m. on preceding day
Moonrise 10:06 a.m.
Moon transit 3:24 p.m.
Moonset 8:42 p.m.
Moonrise 10:58 a.m. on following day

Phase of the Moon on 18 November: waxing crescent with 13% of the Moon's visible disk illuminated.

New Moon on 15 November 2001 at 1:40 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

So the moon will be down, and the sun won't legally be up (Civil Twilight)...but it will still be kinda false dawn....nuts on EVERYTHING!

Though it shouldn't be too bad, I suppose, cause the meteors are southward, not east. Well, suppose I'm just gonna have to find out.
