That is so swank! SG is my favorite place ever. So you do that sip-n-surf network thing. How exactly DO you connect?

When you get there, your wireless card's software (assuming it's running) will detect a nearby network. Some pop up and let you know, others, like my own, don't, so you need to get them running and click on which network you want to connect to.

It will connect fine because it's an open network.

Once you start browsing, you automatically go to the Sip & Surf site and you can buy different packages. Do that, log in, and viola!

If you're technically minded, know that the router has a list of all teh mac addresses that are currently trying to connect. It asks the Sip & Surf network if that address is paid up...if not, it routes you to their site, otherwise, it routes you to where you want to go.

I assume that all other ports are closed until you log in.
